IRIRANGI BAYLISS

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Irirangi has a strong background in sports, strength training, functional movement, and nutrition, which she brings to her coaching style. She has a Diploma in Elite Sports Performance and Accounting and Business Management. She is known for her ability to create a safe and welcoming environment, making even the most intimidated beginner feel at ease.

Originally from America, Kote has a passion for understanding the mindset of athletes and teams and loves to dive into the psychology of nutrition. Kote decided to join forces with an amazing coach and dear friend after the first lockdown, to help build Summit Fitness. Kote is the backbone of Summit Fitness, making sure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Kote's ability to walk into a room and brighten up someone's day is her superpower.

Coach T, as she is known, is a motivating and knowledgeable young coach, who enjoys learning different methods of coaching and figuring out what works for our members. She has competed in a number of CrossFit competitions in teams and as a individual. She has a wide range of experience in crossfit/functional training and loves olympic lifting and gymnastics.

Coach Tira is an inspiring and humble coach who truely cares about the well-being of our members. She has a natural ability to lead and loves working with a diverse range of members, from beginners to advanced athletes - "I love watching people learn new movements". Tira has competed in a number of CrossFit competitions and is an absolute beast in the gym, she loves to lead by example.
Coach Sean is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic coach whose main inspiration for coaching is being a part of our members fitness journey and helping them achieve their goals. Sean is very experienced when it comes to functional movements, olympic lifting and gymnastic movements. "If I can have a small role to play in helping everyone learn new skills, then I'm happy".

Coach Ali is a highly experienced and knowledgeable functional and strength training coach. Ali is a certified crossFit level 1 coach, has a certificate in personal training and a Bachelor of Physical Education. She has competed in numerous Crossfit competitions in NZ and Australia. Her backround in gymnastics gives her a solid understanding of movement, conditioning and mindset.

Coach Dames is a man of few words, his experience and knowledge speaks for it self. He loves to see new members grow with confidence and courage, and experienced members sharpen up in skills and technique, making them individually better athletes.

Coach Paora is an encouraging coach who has always wanted to help people in the fitness space. He played representative rugby growing up so has always had a passion for physical fitness, he believes in moving well and safely, having fun doing it and loves seeing people progress with movements.

Coach Meg is a passionate, patient, articulate and supportive coach who finds reward in seeing people gain confidence in the gym and within themselves through exercise. Meg's backround is more on the traditional bodybuilding style training and nutrition, and she holds a NXIHF certificate in personal training.
